So I have completed three Tankard Brews so Far. Left to right. 'Little Willie', 'Midland Dark Mild' & 'Cascade'. Although I loved the Dark Mild which was a genuine revelation Soooo drinkable, and Cascade is growing on me by the day (much more English style hop flavours than I expected or Ben got in his brew apparently), Little Willie is the banger. Never used Bramling Cross Hops before, and 17 liters of this lasted barely over a week. It was gorgeous.

2 weeks since I made the Bonnie’s Bitter and what a cracking bitter this really is. Don’t think the 20 litres is going to last long better brew the Golden Ale next. Well done guys.

Just had a sneaky taster of the bramling cross pale ale. Yes I know it's still cloudy. I only have basic equipment and no way of cold crashing it's only been bottled for just over a week. After another 2-3 weeks in the bottle it will drop clear. All I can say is wow what a beautiful beer! The hops absolutely shine on this one. Perfect amount of dry hops for my taste buds. I could sink a few of these quite easily. First time I've brewed with bramling cross and it's definitely a fantastic tasting hop. Cheers guys I will definitely brew this again.
